Like all the best idea’s this Isolator Switch is simple and very effective
Allows your car battery to be quickly disconnected for the ultimate immobilisation
Simply unscrew the knob to foil even the most ardent of thieves
A universal fit to all battery posts including Ford 'square' style.
A fuse link is supplied. If fitted, this supplies a small current to alarms, clock, radios etc. but won't take the current required for the starter motor solenoid and ignition
If the fused link is not fitted it becomes the perfect 'lay-up' device for protecting the battery on a cherished classic - at around a fifth of the cost of a new battery a no-brainer on every level

3 x 8amp Continental Fuses
2 x Ring Terminal Wiring Connectors
Simply unscrew the Green Knob to disable your Starter Motor
All in all a great little kit with all you need to upgrade your classic car
Please note this type of unit can be fitted to round of flat terminal batterys and Ebay car compatability is a very good guide to vehicles that this unit can be fitted on but by no means is a guarantee that you may not need to adapt to suit so please take the picture above a an exact fitment guide to check against your own car
